I started out with a love of sports and teaching swimming as a kid, which led naturally to a degree in Kinesiology and the 20+ years of coaching and training that followed. Over that time I've worked with an extraordinary range of clients — from an 85-year-old learning to move better, to an 11-year-old just finding their athletic identity, to college, former college and professional athletes. One of the most meaningful moments of my career was getting a 19-year-old paraplegic girl into the pool for the first time since she was paralyzed. Needless to say — I've worked with a lot of different types of clients and seen what the right coaching can do across every level of ability, age and athletic background. That breadth of experience is what shaped The Lean Code.
I've never believed in one-size-fits-all programming — because I've never had one-size-fits-all clients. The Lean Code is built on the understanding that lasting results come from a system that you can follow consistently and one that fits your life stage and your lifestyle. I combine evidence-based training, macrobalanced anti-inflammatory nutrition and longevity habits drawn from research into one flexible, precision system that adapts to you. Whether you're managing a nagging injury, navigating hormonal changes, or simply trying to perform at your best for as long as possible — the goal is always the same: constant improvement, for life.

My philosophy is grounded in one simple belief: that we should challenge what we believe we are capable of as we age. The Lean Code is built around constant improvement — the idea that small, deliberate changes to your nutrition, training and lifestyle compound into extraordinary results over time. No quick fixes, no unsustainable protocols — just a structured, science-backed and flexible system that works with your lifestyle and life stage.
The Lean Code is built around the three pillars: Eat Lean, Train Lean and Live Lean working together to address the root causes of belly fat, slow recovery and declining performance. The system adapts to your schedule, your life stage and your goals — because the best program is the one you can actually follow consistently.
Because you've worked too hard and come too far to start accepting less from your body now.
